One Body around the World united in Christ and in Prayer
There is one body and one Spirit...one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all... Eph 4:4-6
There is one body and one Spirit...one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all... Eph 4:4-6
Our mission is to unite the Body of Christ in humility and prayer, lifting up believers, families, communities, and nations across the globe.
At the top of every hour, we invite Christians worldwide to join in spirit and intercede on a shared topic, creating a continuous blanket of prayer across every time zone. Transcending geographical, cultural, and denominational boundaries, we believe that through the unity and power of collective prayer, God will sharpen our vision, enlighten our understanding, provide direction, and protection as He carries out His will. (2 Chronicles 7:14, Ephesians 6:18, Daniel 10:12)
We believe the only true and living God. God is one in essence but exists in three distinct persons:
The Bible - The living Word of God, active and transformative, while historical documenting God's love for mankind. The Bible is the infallible, inerrant, inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
The Great Commission - Believers are to walk and live by faith, demonstrating and sharing the gospel as we carry out the Great Commission: making disciples of all nations, teaching them to follow Christ, as we spread His message of salvation to the world (Matthew 28:19-20).
We unite globally to pray for one another and our leaders. The topics focus on God’s Kingdom as we share the gospel and strengthen the Body of Christ. Each week, a new prayer topic is shared for the Believers to intercede in the power of Christ. Proverbs 27:17, 1 Timothy 2:1–4, Ephesians 6:18
Pray at the top each hour throughout the day on the specific topic, as your schedule permits and during your personal prayer time. This synchronized worldwide prayer creates a continuous wave of intercession. As we join in faith, our prayers are a sweet aroma before God. Matthew 18:20, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, Galatians 6:2, Psalm 141:2
Our global network is dedicated to unite Believers through prayer. We invite you to join us by subscribing, which will allow us to inform you of new topics and welcome your input on future topics. 1 Thessalonians 5:11, 1 John 1:7, Hebrews 10:24

Prayer is talking with God. Because God is omnipresent, we can speak to Him at any time. We turn to Him for wisdom, guidance, direction, forgiveness, and repentance. Prayer is a two-way conversation: while we speak with Him, we must also pause to listen to His response. (Matthew 6:9-13, 1 Peter 3:12 , Psalm 55:22).
Verbal Audible Prayer - spoken words.
Non-verbal Silent Prayer - does not include spoken words.
Worship in reverence and adoration of God.
Thanksgiving for what God is doing and has already done.
Supplication, petition for what we need.
Intercession for the need of others.
When we pray, God hears us and answers our prayers according to His Word, purpose, and plan. Through prayer, we bring every area of our lives before Him, seeking His guidance and provision. As we pray, God not only answers but also nurtures and encourages us, revealing areas where we need growth and maturity ( Matthew 7:7-8 , 1 Thessalonians 5:16-17, Matthew 6:6-13, Matthew 21:22).

Abba Father,
Thank you for adopting us into the Body of Christ. Help us to walk in unity, to bear one another’s burdens in love, through the bond of peace. Eph 4:3.
